How do I love kale? Let me count the ways…
Kale has recently become The green veggie. It’s on everyone’s radar, whether they’ve embraced it as a weekly staple or not.
I don’t need to waste any time convincing you of kale’s delicious health benefits. You already know it’s full of vitamins, minerals, and fiber. You’ve heard all about its liver-cleansing powers and dynamic digestive support.
But perhaps you’re a bit unsure when it comes to cooking with it?
The arrival of March always gets me excited, since it means spring is just weeks away. And with spring comes the freshness of new soil, new grass, spring flowers, and general green goodness.
So I thought, what better time to introduce more leafy green veggies into our diets?
